When do you restock?
Restocks depend on demand and availability. If a design is highly requested, we may restock it. However, we also focus on creating new designs, so not all items will be restocked once sold out. For the latest launch and restock updates, please check our Instagram.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally using Royal Mail to over 230 countries and territories worldwide. Some destinations and services may be temporarily unavailable. Please check available options at checkout.
Are your squishies handmade?
Yes. All Squishy Factory squishies are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
What materials are used?
Our squishies are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone. They are designed for squeezing and display, but arenot edible.
How should I care for my squishy?
Please store your squishy in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or heat. For best cleanliness, we recommend playing with your squishy while it remains inside its protective bag. Refer to our Care & Safety page for full details.

Is so Beautiful, super detailed and it’s like playing with thick cream. The most satisfying squishes, i didn’t realise until I took it out of the bag the smaller part to the side is supposed to be the dessert dripping down the side. It’s so fun and it’s so sticky out of the bag too. I highly recommend it!

My first order arrived today and wow do I love them! Every single detail has been carefully thought about and you can tell. The packaging is the cutest I have ever seen, the squishies are well presented in the box and I also got a cute handwritten thank you card. Now for the squishies, these are by far the best that I own (I have quite a few) the detailing on the squishes are second to none. They are realistic and the texture of the squish is perfect. It melts as you squish them and they quickly return back to the original shape. These are by far the best squishies I own. Please support this small business.
