When do you restock?
Restocks depend on demand and availability. If a design is highly requested, we may restock it. However, we also focus on creating new designs, so not all items will be restocked once sold out. For the latest launch and restock updates, please check our Instagram.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We are currently working on finding a more reliable and affordable international shipping solution. Once we have confirmed a better option, we will reopen international orders.
Are your squishies handmade?
Yes. All Squishy Factory squishies are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
What materials are used?
Our squishies are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone. They are designed for squeezing and display, but arenot edible.
How should I care for my squishy?
Please store your squishy in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or heat. For best cleanliness, we recommend playing with your squishy while it remains inside its protective bag. Refer to our Care & Safety page for full details.

My daughter has been wanting one after seeing it on IG. I wasn't so fond of buying one at first as it will just be another one of her "squishy collection" dumped on the side. But to my surprise, this squishy texture is very different from the others. It is so squishable and it looks so realistic!!! I play with it more than her. It was definitely worth the money. I LOVED both of the squishies the details on them are gorgeous!! I also love the little keychain its so pretty, the extra bags are also handy. The soya milk is my favourite it is so nice and soft, the pastel colours are perfect 💕 the mochi tart has so many cute elements too! I will definitely order in the future 🤍 The squishy also doesn't leave a sticky residue which I am really happy about it! The perfect comfort!

Amazing! I bought this and the soya milk pudding, both are such good quality tabas, you can tell they’re hand made! The attention to detail on these tabas is insane! They look so realistic, super satisfying. Can’t wait to order morin the future! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
The order came so quickly and I was so excited!! The pudding is so cute and had such a nice texture 😍. It's not heavy either so it's more fun to play with as I prefer lightweight squishies! It's literally the perfect taba to bring to school and it looks so realistic ❤️❤️❤️

Is so Beautiful, super detailed and it’s like playing with thick cream. The most satisfying squishes, i didn’t realise until I took it out of the bag the smaller part to the side is supposed to be the dessert dripping down the side. It’s so fun and it’s so sticky out of the bag too. I highly recommend it!
