Returns & Refunds
All Squishy Factory products are handmade and quality-checked before being shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@squishyfactory.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A short video showing the issue, if applicable
- A description of the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items

Squishy Care & Safety
Our squishies are designed for gentle squeezing and normal handling only.
Please do not:
- Squeeze or stretch the squishy excessively or forcefully
- Bite, cut, puncture, or tear the product
- Pull or twist it aggressively
- Reheat, microwave, boil, freeze, or expose it to high temperatures
- Place it near heaters, radiators, or other heat sources
- Use it for purposes other than gentle squeezing
Damage caused by improper use, excessive force, heat exposure, or failure to follow the care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
