• Our squishies are packed in a PVC bag to help keep both the squishy and your hands clean.
• For the best experience and to maintain cleanliness, we recommend playing with the squishy while it remains inside the bag.
• Suitable for gentle squeezing only. Not intended for children under 3 years old.

Processing time: 2–4 business days, though many orders may be shipped even sooner.

Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged item

You received the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue 

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of PVC in cold temperatures, minor bag cracking is not considered a defect and is therefore not eligible for exchange.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind

Personal preference (texture, size, softness, scent, or appearance)

Minor handmade variations

Damage caused by misuse, excessive stretching, or cutting

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Import & Taxes

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Squishy Factory is not liable for any additional fees incurred upon delivery.
