Yes. Our Taba Squishies and Squishy Balls are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, or shape are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Our taba squishies are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone. They are designed for squeezing and display, but are not edible.

Please store your squishy in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or heat. For best cleanliness, we recommend playing with your squishy while it remains inside its protective bag. Refer to our   Care & Safety   page for full details.

Our squishies are recommended for ages 14 and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 14 or above, that products are for stress relief and collectible purposes only, that products are not edible, and that they should be kept away from heat and fire. For customers under 14, parental approval is required before placing an order.

Restocks depend on demand and availability. If a design is highly requested, we may restock it. However, we also focus on creating new designs, so not all items will be restocked once sold out. For the latest launch and restock updates, please follow us on Instagram and TikTok!

Orders normally take up to 5 business days to process. We’ll always do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Please note that processing times may increase during busy periods or when we receive a high volume of orders, as we’re a small team.

Every order is carefully handmade, quality-checked and packed with evidence before it leaves us. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
