At Squishy Factory, every taba squishy and squishy ball is carefully handmade and quality-checked before shipping. We also keep photo or video proof of each product’s condition before it is sent, to confirm that every item leaves us in good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or improper use of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged item

You received a faulty item

You received the wrong item

If you believe your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@squishyfactory.com.

A clear video showing the issue

A written description explaining what happened

The item must be unused, and the damage must be present when it arrives. Once your case has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Personal preference, including texture, size, softness, scent, colour, or appearance

Minor handmade variations

Damage caused by rough handling or improper use

Damage caused by excessive squeezing, pulling, stretching, cutting, biting, or poking

Damage caused after the item has been used

Damage caused by not following our care instructions

Our squishies are made for gentle squeezing and stress relief purposes only. They are not designed for violent squeezing, heavy pulling, or rough play. If a squishy is used inappropriately, squeezed too harshly, or handled in a way that causes it to tear, leak, or pop, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Handmade Product Notice

Please be aware that our taba squishies and squishy balls are handmade. This means each squishy may vary slightly in shape, colour, scent, texture, size, or appearance.

Small handmade differences are part of each product’s unique charm and are not considered defects.

PVC Bag Notice

Due to the nature of PVC material, minor cracking on the outer PVC bag may occur in colder temperatures. If the squishy itself is not damaged, minor outer bag cracking is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, our shipping fee includes all applicable import duties and taxes.

Squishy Factory is not responsible for any additional fees caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or charges not related to import duties and taxes.
