Terms of Service By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 14 or above and that all products are purchased for stress relief and collectible purposes only. Please note that our products are not edible and should be kept away from heat and fire. Squishy Factory products are not intended for children under 14.

Orders & Payment Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched. Squishy Factory reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property All branding, imagery and content belong to Squishy Factory and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Privacy We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties and is used solely to process and fulfil your order.
